Effective: July 20, 2026

This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. The English version is authoritative; translations are provided for convenience.

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with Localcall. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination.

You may not use Localcall to:

  • Make fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating calls.
  • Place unlawful automated, bulk, or telemarketing calls, or any call that violates the TCPA, do-not-call rules, or similar laws.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm anyone, or call any number without a lawful basis.
  • Distribute spam, scams, or unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Evade sanctions or export controls, or call comprehensively sanctioned destinations.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.

Calls originate from a US number, and you are responsible for complying with all calling, recording, and consent laws that apply to you and the people you call. This includes obtaining prior consent where required and honoring do-not-call requests.

The AI voice agent is for logistics-style requests only and must disclose that it is an automated assistant. You must not use it to give regulated advice, to impersonate a person, or to call anyone you do not have a lawful basis to contact.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action to protect the Service, our users, and the public, with or without notice depending on severity.
