LocalCall safety
The boundary before the call.
How LocalCall handles approval, disclosure, consent, suppression, recording, and recipient opt-out.
Approval
LocalCall shows the recipient, objective, consent basis, call limit, duration limit, spend ceiling, disclosure, and stop condition before an agent call can begin.
Disclosure and consent
Managed assistant calls identify themselves. The caller must provide an allowed consent basis, and LocalCall applies route and policy checks before dialing.
Suppression and opt-out
Recipient suppression is checked before an agent call. A recipient can use the account-free opt-out flow; verified requests block future agent and research calls to that number.
Recording and data
Managed assistant calls are not recorded through the assistant integrations. Call records keep operational and billing status; a transcript is not promised or implied.
Limits and control
Approved time and spend limits, stop conditions, idempotency protection, and an explicit end action bound what the system may do.
