Localcall is prepaid and pay-as-you-go: you add wallet credits and spend them per minute as you call. This policy explains how billing, refunds, and failed calls work.

Calls are billed from your prepaid wallet as follows:

  • The per-minute rate for a destination is shown before you connect.
  • A minimum first-minute charge applies, then billing continues in six-second increments.
  • Credits are denominated in US dollars and have no cash value outside the Service.
  • Unused credit balances expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

Credits that have already been used are non-refundable except where required by law. We may refund an unused credit balance at our discretion or where applicable law requires it; contact us and we will review your request.

If a call fails to connect, you are not charged. If a call drops due to a fault on our side, contact us with the details and we will review and credit any incorrect charge.
